Welcome to Villa Estrella del Mar

The villa recently built is situated at the foot of the mountain la Pelada, just outside the village of El Medano, at a stone's throw from an enclosed, idyllic beach. The villa is a spacious and luxurious house, situated at its own road. The outside entrance is secured with a gate and passing through the gate you approach the front door via the garden and the terrace. The house boasts three terraces, one directly situated near the entrance and enjoying the morning sun. The terrace is equipped with teak wood tables providing seating facilities for up to 10 people.

At the back of the villa the second terrace running parallel to the house, is entirely enclosed with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon and evening. It provides enough room for sunbathing or dining with 10 to 12 guests. You reach the terraces through the big and luxurious kitchen ( 60 m2!!) and the hallway. With the outside stairs you have direct access to the pool and the garden.

  • The house counts 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. The bedroom sleeps two persons (twin beds) with an en suite shower room with a shower, toilet and bidet. Adjoining to the shower room is another bedroom with a double bed. The other spacious bathroom with a bath, bidet, shower and toilet, is located right next to a bedroom with a double bed and a generous sun terrace. Another bedroom offers sleeping facilities for two persons with twin beds and an adjoining children's bedroom with two cots and a chest of drawers. This bedroom looks out on the sun terrace. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated in blue, white and magnolia shades of colour. Beautiful fabrics and sun shades provide an ideal environment for a siesta.

Notes: Both house and garden offer complete privacy due to its location and enclosed garden. There is plenty of room for children to play in the garden and spacious living room with balcony, and for grown ups to sunbathe as the entrance to the pool is fenced off with gates. The pool is sheltered, forming a whole with the back garden complete with wooden decking, teak wood deck chairs and waving palm trees, entirely at your disposal for relaxing in and enjoying it. Via the pool you enter the terrace at the back offering access to the big spacious and luxurious kitchen of almost 60m2. These stairs can be fenced off with gates as well for safeguarding children. The basement of the house contains the garage and workroom comprising around 130 m2.
